Within six months, transitioned as the sole technical recruiter for IBM’s Public Sector Application Development (AD) service area, supporting DC, MD and VA. Recruited, trained and mentored the Public Sector Information on Demand (IOD) recruiter. Upon her departure, the AD and IOD service areas combined, and I became the sole recruiter for the Public Sector ADIM practice. Recruited, trained and mentored the Public Sector Operations and Maintenance (O&M) recruiter. Upon her departure, became the sole recruiter for the O&M service area and also supported the ADIM service area.
