at Manpower / IBM in Melrose Park, IL100% remote position – Recruited by former marchFIRST peer to the National IBM Healthlink Payor recruiting team. Within six months, transitioned as the sole technical recruiter for IBM’s Public Sector Application Development (AD) service area, supporting DC, MD and VA. Recruited, trained and mentored the Public Sector Information on Demand (IOD) recruiter. Upon her departure, the AD and IOD service areas combined, and I became the sole recruiter for the Public Sector ADIM practice. Recruited, trained and mentored the Public Sector Operations and Maintenance (O&M) recruiter. Upon her departure, became the sole recruiter for the O&M service area and also supported the ADIM service area. For all service areas, recruited candidates with Secret/TS/TS-SCI Polygraph Clearances. Maintained Peopleclick, Global OM database, GBS database, CRMT database and numerous Excel spreadsheets for applicant tracking.

Experience includes over eleven years of screening, selection and hiring of permanent, independent and subcontracting technical consultants, as well as internal administrative and recruiting personnel. Provide recruiting training and mentoring. Work closely with each hiring manager to report status of current activities and coordinate scheduling of interviews. Meet managers to determine market trends, company directives, and cutting-edge recruiting strategies. Coordinate background checks, pre-employment tests, reference checks and other hiring processes as needed. Ensure that internal and external recruiting processes are carried out in compliance with appropriate policies, guidelines and laws. Manage subcontract firm relationships.
